Ms. Murphy explores the influences that the Italian painter, Caravaggio, had on numerous famous painters. An accomplished artist herself, she uses her copies of the Mona Lisa and numerous other paintings to tell possible stories behind the great art masterpieces. Each piece uses period costumes and languages.

Peter, Roelof and Leo are elders in the Dutch Reformed Church during the mid-1600's who must agree on the punishment for a "crime" of prostitution upon Hendrikje, the maid for the Dutch painter Rembrandt. All dialog for this period piece was done in fluent Dutch.
